From The Artist I think this is probably my best manipulation yet. I was so inspired to do this image, and spent so long perfecting it. I think the lighting is awesome - I've never really focused on it before, but now that I have it looks so much better. I also love my new tablet, it helped so much since I had pen pressure and it had so many tools that made everything look better. Special thanks to ~Autoile for helping me get this all right. The Story: I watched a show about a horse that went blind on T.V a few years ago. This horse has lost its eyes in an accident and was having trouble doing easy tasks like finding its food and going into the barn from the pasture, etc. The owner couldnt be with the horse 24/7, but she knew that the horse was attached to his best friend and pasture mate. The owner decided to tie a bell around the horses neck so the blind horse could follow it. The Image: The second horse is holding onto the first horse's tail. The reason why the first horse's tail is not taut, but slack is because the second horse is following it. If the second horse was stopped the tail would be taut, but since it is walking there is no need for it to be taut. The Tools: Time: 3-4 days. Layers: Too many to count. Program: Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 and a Wacom Intuos4 Medium Tablet. The Stock: Thank you <3 ~The-strawberry-tree~grace-stock~Colourize-Stockjumpinghooves@howrse.com. Everything Else: Handpainted by =Exceptional-Equine (me).
Made for *Mouliny's Light In the Darkness Contest.
Also love the story behind it!
I can't believe you did it with photoshop elements! I really have to learn to use my elements that well!
Thank you so much for using my stock.
